Seacon Crew Management Co., Ltd ( SCM ) is affiliated to Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited，On 29 March 2023, Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited we successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the “First Ship Management Stock in SEHK”(2409.HK). As the ninth largest ship management company in the world (The “Top 10 shipmanagers 2023” published by Lloyd’s List), Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited is the first ship management company from mainland China to be on the list since its establishment.

SCM provides "professional and global"crew management service. In terms of crew recruitment, training and management, We have formed a complete set of operational mechanism that comply with the international ship management system and relevant regulations of the China Maritime Safety Administration.

At present, we manage more than 200 ships with full set crew, covering container ships, bulk carriers, general cargo ships, oil tankers, chemical tankers, high-speed passenger ships, Ro-Ro passenger ships, scientific research ships, engineering ships, dual-fuel vessels and other ship types. At present, we have a crew team of more than 10,000 seafarers. Among them, there are over 4,000 on board (including foreign crew). We can provide both full set or mix crew management services, serving more than 30 well-known shipowners around the world.

We attach great importance to improving the service quality for consumers. CRC department provides customers with the best service experience, MTC department customizes high-standard training courses for seafarers, and the whole service process being fully monitored, forming an effective feedback mechanism.

We have established long-term and stable cooperative relations with many large and medium-sized shipping enterprises around the world. At the same time, CSC will be set up in Myanmar, Vietnam and Indonesia, realizing localized crew management ,In the future, we are planning to launch the "Seafarer Without Borders Program" around the world, vigorously promoting the internationalization of crew management.
